Package Overview

A seven-day pilgrimage to Rameshwaram, one of the four sacred Char Dham and home to a revered Jyotirlinga of Lord Shiva. Trace the footsteps of the Ramayana, take the holy bath at the 22 sacred theerthams, and begin from the magnificent temple city of Madurai — a deeply moving journey of faith and legend.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Madurai

Assemble and check in. Evening darshan at the famed Meenakshi Amman Temple. Overnight stay in Madurai.

Day 02: Madurai – Rameshwaram

Transfer to Rameshwaram. Darshan at the Ramanathaswamy Temple and the sacred bath at the 22 holy wells (theerthams). Overnight stay in Rameshwaram.

Day 03: Rameshwaram – Dhanushkodi

Visit Dhanushkodi, the Pamban Bridge, Kothandaramaswamy Temple, and Gandhamadhana Parvatham. Overnight stay in Rameshwaram.

Day 04: Rameshwaram Darshan

Morning bath at Agni Theertham and further darshan; visit the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Memorial. Overnight stay in Rameshwaram.

Day 05: Rameshwaram – Madurai

Return to Madurai en route visiting Ramanathapuram. Overnight stay in Madurai.

Day 06: Madurai Sightseeing

Visit the Thiruparankundram Murugan Temple and Azhagar Kovil, with time at leisure. Overnight stay in Madurai.

Day 07: Departure

After breakfast, transfer for your onward journey with the blessings of Lord Ramanatha.
